The Hermès Haut à Courroies (HAC) is an iconic travel bag originally designed to carry saddles and riding equipment.
This vintage piece from the early 1980s features a Toile canvas body with a period-specific Hermès lining.
Rouge H Box leather details add a classic contrast to the canvas construction.
The bag is finished with patinated Gold hardware and has an exceptionally spacious 55cm size.
Its original lock is missing, as noted, while the overall condition remains exceptional considering its age.
The HAC is recognized as one of the earliest designs in the Hermès family and has a distinctive equestrian history.
